On Wednesday 27 December 2023, at 09.00 – 10.30, an online presentation of the BIRN system for the collection and intelligent management of information for the real estate market was held.
In the context of the presentation, the real estate agents – appraisers members of EPPA (bpor.gr) were informed about the use of the tool and how they can use it in order to obtain specialized real estate and area information (demographic, urban planning, economic) for a more effective assessment of its value and better promotion.
